Surface processing technology of the box

1.Lamination:
Laminating the printed surface with a film (glossy or matte) to enhance wear resistance, water resistance, stain resistance, and gloss or matte texture.

2.Varnishing:
Partial or full application of UV varnish (gloss) or matte varnish (matte) can increase product protection and enhance ink contrast and gloss.

3.Hot stamping:
Using high-temperature dies and metal or colored foil, brand logos, designs, or text are hot-stamped onto the box surface, creating a metallic sheen and luxurious feel. Available in three color options: gold, silver, and color.

4.Embossing:
Using die pressure, a raised pattern is pressed onto the paper surface to enhance tactile quality and visual depth.

5.Debossing
Debossing is the opposite of embossing: creating an indent in the material, making it easier to read text or see images.

6.Cold Hot Foil
Cold hot foil ( also known as cold foil stamping ) is a rapid and cost-effective form of relief printing. A UV curable adhesive is pressed onto the surface, and then the foil is applied to the adhesive.

Offset printing:

Order Process
Confirm the customer's desired product size and material, and prepare the box materials accordingly.
Place the confirmed materials on a die-cutter equipped with precision tools for punching, precisely cutting the flat, unfolded shape of the box and embossing all creases.
Manually or with an automatic box-gluer, fold the die-cut cardboard along the creases and glue the designated edges together.
Customize a plastic tray or paper liner based on the shape of the perfume bottle. The liner precisely holds the bottle in place to prevent vibration and collision during transport, and glue it to the bottom of the inner box.
Step 5: Inspect and package the finished box, thoroughly inspecting its appearance, dimensions, structure, and smooth opening and closing. Acceptable products are stacked in the required quantity and packed into outer boxes for shipment.
