In terms of use, it is not like the 0210 type carton, which completes the whole process of box making in the carton factory, and then fills the content into the box after arriving at the user's factory, but only delivers the die-cut carton blank to the packaging user. The user uses an automatic packaging machine to place the contents and then wrap it into a box.
Compared with the standard carton, the wrapping carton is characterized by less material, the carton and the contents are closely attached, and high-speed automation can be realized.
2. Separate carton
Separate cartons can be divided into two or more in the circulation process, mainly to solve the contradiction between mass production and small batch sales.
The separate carton can be combined with various auxiliary materials on the basis of the traditional standard box, and a new forming method can also be used.
The new separated carton generally adopts the combination of H-shaped middle partition and wrapping carton.
There are two types of N-type and F-type wrapping cartons. Among them, the F type is more popular, mainly used for plastic bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and the outer packaging of glass bottles of condiments.
The F-type wrapping carton can decompose the original 20-bottle carton into two 10-bottle cartons, the compressive strength of the packaging is also improved, the cost of packaging materials is reduced, and it has a good promotional function.
3. Triangular column carton
The triangular column type corrugated box is formed by one page of the box body and the corner lining, and the four corners of the corrugated box form a triangular column or right angle column structure, thereby increasing the compressive strength by 20%-50%.
There are two types of triangular column cartons: tray and sealed, and there are a variety of box types to choose from. Compared with ordinary corrugated boxes, the compressive strength of triangular column corrugated boxes can be increased by 20%-30% under standard conditions, and 40%-60% under high-humidity conditions; The bottom is especially obvious; from the structural point of view, the corners are relatively strong, so the damage rate of the contents is extremely low when the impact and vibration are dropped; when the load is applied, the deformation of the carton is stable and it is not easy to cause the stack to collapse; the sales of pallet-type triangular column corrugated boxes Good presentation.
